Slow Art for a fast Mind

For me, the path of intuitive painting often begins directly in nature, where I find my initial impulses and begin the creative process. I then transition to the studio to bring these works to completion.

This intentional way of working—inspired and supported by nature—has a direct impact on my well-being by slowing the mind and calming the nervous system. In this way, a space is created where creation and regulation go hand in hand.

Through this process, an energy develops that reaches far beyond the canvas. It is my heartfelt wish that this special resonance continues to vibrate in other spaces, where the paintings can unfold their own soothing presence as visual anchors.

To explore the deeper thoughts behind specific works, you are welcome to read more on my Journal/Blog.
